1Who we are
Clouds Line for Information Technology is a Saudi company that builds and operates the Basmtak family: Basmtak HR for shifts, payroll, GOSI and Mudad; Basmtak Books for e-invoicing and tax returns; Basmtak Cashier for the point of sale; and now Basmtak Clinics. All on one account and one sign-in, and hosted inside the Kingdom.
2Why clinics
Clinic owners have come to Basmtak HR for years to run their staff. When we asked them about their clinic system we heard the same complaint: a generic system that starts from billing, knows neither a tooth nor a session, and needs a middleman for insurance and another program for the books. So we built a system that starts from the chair and the chart and generates the rest.
3How we build
Rules we do not bend: a clinical record is never rewritten — every correction is a new version with who and when; every read of a patient's record is written to the access log; amounts are halalas, never fractions; codes are versioned data, never strings; the treatment plan is the single source of the estimate's, the claim's and the invoice's lines; and no health data leaves the Kingdom.
4What we do not claim
We print no status on this site that a body has not granted, no endorsement by the Ministry of Health or the Council of Health Insurance, no customer counts before they are real and published, and no competitor names. When the NPHIES integration certificate is issued, we will quote it in its own words.
