Yes. Cash-first flows are the default: estimates, deposits, packages, instalments, ZATCA receipts. Insurance is added per payer when you are ready.

Where is my patients' data kept?

On servers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Photos and documents go to a private disk; WhatsApp and SMS carry appointment and billing facts only, never diagnoses or images.

How does NPHIES integration work?

Clinics connects to NPHIES directly for eligibility, pre-authorisation and claims, generated from the treatment plan's coded lines. The reconciliation inbox lists every answer with its reason.

Can I move from my current system?
